The article deals with the analysis of the basic variables, having influence on the development and movement of the toxic communication. The different external factors, such as the type of the communicant, involved in the interaction; the relationships between the participants of the communication, their social role; the form that the toxic communication acquires, influence on the toxic communication as the dynamic process of the communication. The toxic personality unites all the variables, its image in the everyday discourse is characterized by the collectiveness of all the negative qualities of the man.
