Key performance indicators of internal control

The article describes the approaches to the creation of an effective system of internal financial control structures aimed at the reasonable use of available resources. The paper suggests the emerging need to use key performance indicators in IFC. In this regard, the study built an economic model of the relationship between financial indicators and EVA in order to identify which KPIs can serve as benchmarks for IFC.
