For example, the average level of investments in the financial market is experiencing as steady growth, same as the credit institutions and personal savings values, there has been an improvement in coordination between domestic enterprises to compensate for the isolation of our economy from the global economic institutions. However, it should be noted that the position of medium-sized economic entities remains unstable. One of the most pressing problems of business in today's Russia is the complexity of the process of creating a flexible and efficient mechanism for managing cash flows, to the study of which we have dedicated this article.
