Key issues in the international facilitation of electronic trade in developing countries

This article is devoted to the consideration of formation and evolution of the global agenda for international assistance to the development of electronic commerce in developing countries. Special attention is paid to considering this agenda as an integral part of the sustainable development agenda. The authors also investigate the components and main directions of international assistance to the development of electronic commerce in developing countries. The article concludes that the expected results imply an increase in the degree of coordination and synergy of actions of participants in the international partnership, while simultaneously integrating with other areas of international assistance to digital development.
