The code of administrative court procedure of the Russian Federation and the need for changes in the system of legal education in Russia

This article discusses a number of theoretical and methodological problems in the field of legal education determined by the introduction of the Code of Administrative Court Procedure in the Russian Federation. The author justifies the necessity of introduction of fundamental alterations in the current federal standards of higher education for Jurisprudence Program. The paper substantiates the proposal to remove the range of problems concerning administrative court procedure from the Program 12.00.15 and include it at the present stage into the Program 12.00.14. The author also considers the prospect of dividing the Program 12.00.14 into Administrative Law (12.00.14) and Administrative Procedure (12.00.16).
