The codification of administrative law: problems and prospects

Introduction: the article deals with the perspective problems and issues of systematization of the administrative legislation and the search for solutions to the problems and issues. The purpose of the study is to elucidate the need for changes in administrative law. Methods: the general scientific dialectical method of cognition and the following specific methods are applied: system and structural, historical and legal, the method of comparative law research, analysis, system approach and the statistical one. Results: on the basis of the research it can be concluded that the codification of the administrative legislation as one of the ways of its systematization is necessary both from the theoretical and practical point of view. Conclusions: there are few ways to solve the problem; however, the areas of reform identified to date have both practical and theoretical potential, in particular, within the framework of the formation of a single regulatory act, or the codification of the certain branches of administrative law and further development of the draft law.
