The study proposes a cognitive model of the architecture of infrastructure support of innovative development of the industrial complex of Russia. Presented the actuality of modern development and improvement of already existing approaches to the architecture design of innovative systems that provide intelligent support decisions, given the dynamism and complexity of forming their regional innovation systems, which are based on infrastructure support of innovation. The author substantiates the cognitive typology of the formation of virtual spaces as network systems, the basis of which is the intellectual component of the decision-making methodology in the development of tasks for the formation of infrastructure and dynamic management of the resource base in innovation-oriented industrial complexes.
