Cognitive modeling of innovation development of tourist and recreational clusters in the global digital transformation in the context of sustainable development

The article examines the current issue caused by the growing need to transform approaches to managing the development of promising tourist and recreational clusters of territories using innovative technological solutions, digitalization and platformization on the way to achieving sustainable development of the regional tourist and recreational complex. As the main goal of the research is the study of modern and innovative areas of sustainable development of tourist destinations in the global digital transformation of the economy towards a sustainable development of territories, conducting cognitive modeling of innovative development of the tourism cluster of the territory for solving problems of improving the efficiency of spatial development of tourist-recreational complex of the region in the new conditions. The study was developed a simulation of the cognitive development model of the tourism cluster in the imperatives of innovative development of the territory, due to a combination of previously constructed cognitive maps, reflecting the direct and inverse relationships between the various elements in the system of development of touristrecreational complex of the region, and the cognitive modeling of innovative development of the tourism cluster, based on impulse modeling and scenario studies.
