The article is about lexical meaning of the verb in the aspect of cognitive approach. The conceptual model of the lexical meaning of the verb is presented in a cognitive scenario, which represents a mental structure consisting of the totality of episodes. Peculiarities of modeling the cognitive scenario are shown on the base of verbs of behavior.
