Ubiquinone -based preparations are effectively used in various parts of clinical medicine, namely by cardiology, endocrinology, nephrology (Kudesan) and cosmetology (Kuten).However, there are some questions concerned with study of certain biochemical changes in the organism of patients.Therefore, there is a need to investigate different biochemical indices in patients of various age groups, receiving coenzyme Q10-based preparations, in order to determine metabolismchanges, homeostasis in macroorganism on the mitochondrial system cells level and objective estimation of coenzyme-containing preparations dose.
