The authors have studied the dynamics of bone tissue remodeling for post-resection hand bone defect filling under transosseous osteosynthesis for the purpose of quantitative evaluation of restorative processes in rehabilitation of patients with primary hand bone tumors under transosseous osteosynthesis by indirect computer densitometry using DiaMorph hardware-software complex. The analysis of 90 hand x-ray images has been made in 11 patients (6 - males, 5 - females) at the age of 12-42 years, for whom cancellous and cortical autografts, as well as biocompatible Collapan material was used to fill the defect. The results of treatment have been followed preoperatively, postoperatively, 1, 2 months after transosseous osteosynthesis, 1, 3, 6 months and one year after the fixator dismounting.
