From a position of modern preventive medicine and considering the variety of criteria for estimation the level of health and quality of inhabitancy, in work algorithm of the complex researches including the dif-ferentiated analysis of quality of inhabitancy on the basis of xenobiotics identification in atmosphere, soil, drinking water with the subsequent ranging environmental factors in monocities is used. The hygi-enic estimation of demographic parameters in connection with the factors of environment on the basis of systems analysis methods, an estimation and prospective modeling in view of social and economic situa-tion in territories of monocities is lead.
