Collective agreement as a regulator of labor relations

This article discusses the role of the collective agreement in the organization, which manifests itself in improving the guarantees of labor rights and obligations of employees and employers. The concept of the collective agreement is given, the main aspects of regulation of labor relations by this act are described, shortcomings of the conclusion of the collective agreement from the point of view of the employer are listed.
