Collective labor dispute: modern problems

This article is devoted to modern problems of the concept of “collective labor dispute”, its differences from «individual labor dispute». Although the definitions of these two types of labor disputes are given in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, explanations of these ones are still demanded for practical application.
