Conflicts of civil and labor law in the appointment and termination of the powers of the head of the organization

The article deals with the issue of dual legal regulation of the status of the head of the company in Russian legislation and shows the related problems of law enforcement. Taking into account a brief review of the opinions expressed on this topic in the literature, and an analysis of the legislation of European countries, a variant of eliminating the existing contradictions is proposed.
