Collisions arising in financing the activities of legal persons of public law: on the example of some corporate governments

In the article the concept of a legal entity of public law is disclosed. The authors consider the problems that arise in determining the forms and sources of funding for these subjects of law.It is concluded that modern Russian legislation does not contain clear criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the use of budget funds provided to these individuals, and there is no responsibility for the misuse of state financial assistance. Normative legal acts in this field, which determine the legal status of these organizations as participants in public relations, have a rather low level of substantive elaboration and legal technique.
