Комбинированное и комплексное лечение больных раком молочной железы в условиях пандемии новой коронавирусной инфекции (COVID-19)

Цель исследования - изучить результаты наиболее значимых исследований, представляющие основные принципы диагностики и лечения больных раком молочной железы (РМЖ) в период пандемии coVid-19. материал и методы . Поиск соответствующих источников был осуществлен в системах pubmed, cochrane library, Web of science, изучены публикации за 2019-20 гг., 48 из которых были использованы для написания данного обзора. результаты . В период пандемии coVid-19 необходимо на определённый промежуток времени приостановить проведение скрининговых обследований, больных ранним и метастатическим РМЖ следует перевести на амбулаторное лечение в лечебных учреждениях (ЛУ), находящихся по месту их проживания. Обследования и консультативные приемы пациентов, находящихся в процессе гормонотерапии, должны быть отложены или проводиться с использованием телемедицинских технологий. Лечение больных РМЖ в период пандемии должно проводиться согласно клиническим рекомендациям и протоколам, но минимизируя количество посещений в ЛУ. Заключение. Пандемия новой коронавирусной инфекции (coVid-19) представляет серьезную проблему для здравоохранения и специалистов во всем мире. Все решения по выработке тактики лечения должны приниматься с учетом рисков и преимуществ в контексте каждого этапа пандемии, в индивидуальном порядке и с учетом предпочтений больных.
