The paper deals with optoelectronic and combined optoelectronic-microwave converters that provide control of the deformation state of loaded blades of turbine units. The optoelectronic two-channel sensor for determining the amplitude of torsional vibrations of blades is considered. A variant of realization of the optoelectronic four-channel sensor for determining the parameters of torsional oscillations, as well as a method for determining the amplitude, frequency and initial phase of oscillations is proposed.
