Commercial mediation as a way to overcome deadlock in a non-public corporation

The article examines the use of commercial mediation to resolve a deadlock situation in a non-public corporation. The causes and consequences of the dispositive regulation of corporate relations in general, as well as the resolution of such corporate conflicts as deadlocks, are indicated. The positive impact of the popularization of commercial mediation, the establishment of such a method for overcoming deadlock in a corporate agreement is noted. The necessary elements of a mediation clause for the effective use of such a clause and the settlement of a deadlock situation with its help are designated.
