The article discusses a problem of inclusive education in the Russian comprehensive schools. The author justifies the need of communication space development in high schools. Covering these processes, the author addresses to the international experience of educational institution management suitable for the Russian schools of inclusive education as well. The research has found that the wide structure of professional communications can be supported in the framework of certain school management models only.
