This article examines the main elements of marketing communications, including the development of a communication message, as well as the impact of technological changes on communication models. Various models of marketing communications are described and their features and applications are discussed. The author also proposes a "Key to the Consumer" model that takes into account the two-way nature of communication and the customer's life cycle.
