Communicative competence of a person in the modern Russian society

The article presents the main results of the empirical testing of the model of personal communicative competence in the modern Russian society. In accordance with the obtained data, the reteal (from Latin “rete" -“net") Internet communication, unsupported by social institutions, leads to the formation of the communicative competence of reflective type, which supposes mobile attitude to the communication norm.
