Communicative competence of teacher of preschool educational establishment as basis of his professional competence

An author is examine the problem of development of communicative competence of teacher of preschool educational establishment as to the basic constituent of his professional competence within the framework of Federal State Educational Standard. The communicative competence of teacher of preschool educational establishment is interpreted as "multilevel totality of cоgnitivnih, emotional and povedenchesceh features of personality, the multilevel is professional meaningful quality of his personality, qualificatory his communicative activity, sent to establishment, maintenance and development of contacts with the participants of pedagogical process".
