The article deals with interdisciplinary range of problems of the insufficient communicative competence of personnel in the modern Russian organizations. As a key staff for research the top management of the companies was considered; it is determined by the national Russian specifics - the vertical power structure in the organizations. The systematic solution of the communication competence problem can move the Russian companies on the more efficient course of business development.
