Communicative tolerance and stress resistance of the staff of the establishment of the Federal Punishment Service

This article examines a theoretical analysis of the problem of communicative tolerance and stress resistance of the personnel of the institution of the federal service for the execution of punishment. Various approaches to the study of the concepts of communicative tolerance and stress resistance, as well as the problem of stress in psychology, emotional and psychological characteristics of the professional activities of the personnel of the institution of the federal service for the execution of punishment are analyzed.
