Communicative-network community as an analogue of the anarchist society

The authors of the article states that the theory of anarchism is not an abstract expression of society's efforts to eliminate the weakness of their citizenship, but a concrete vision of practical means of making the collective will of the citizens. Modern information society was predicted by Russian anarchism which doctrine favors politically neutral technology and electronic communication media: blogger community is an important social group directly affecting the formation of public opinion. The future communicative-networked society is the equivalent of the anarchist society (from the point of view of modern post-non-classic science). Communication channels and processes of information exchange forming today in an anarchic environment bring into the company ideas about real, not declarative state social policy.
