Communicative behaviour of the executive as factor of their managing activity success

This article deals with the problem of communicative activity of the head of the organization. It considers psychological and pedagogical aspects of communicative behaviour of the executive in the organizational space, problems which they cause, and contradictions of social perception from the prospect of modern approaches. Reasons for that have been analyzed, and also ways of prevention and solution have been offered.
