The communicative needs of employees and their implementation within the organization

The article is devoted to the analysis of the communicative needs of employees in the organization, their impact on work motivation, staff loyalty, the process of achieving professional goals and objectives of the organization. The author considers professional communications as a necessary condition for effective interaction within the organization itself and the sustainability of its organizational culture as a whole; the communicative needs of a modern employee are revealed in various meaningful aspects: information needs; feedback needs; the need for recognition and approval, leadership and influence, etc. The study substantiates the thesis that meeting the communicative needs of employees should be an integral part of the personnel management policy in a modern organization.
