In the article communication technologies are considered as including social dialogue technology, negotiation technology and technology of arbitration. The author considers their theoretical and practical importance for regional conflict regulations, describes possible styles of carrying on negotiations between confronting sides, and characterizes peculiarities and functions of mediation and facilitation methods.
