Increasing requirements to the level of professional readiness, personal and professional qualities enforcement officers, departments and agencies of the Interior makes the need to improve their mental preparation, focus on the formation and development of personality. The successful solution of these problems contributes to the psychological support of professional activity, suggesting a comprehensive utilization of psychological science, its tools, techniques and technologies. In the context of improving the system of the Russian Interior Ministry, changing priorities, and the intensification of police activity, increasing mental stress on the staff, "deterioration" contingent of persons entering the service, urgent development and implementation of the process of training the personnel of the innovative models of training, the use of non-traditional forms and methods of training sessions, focused on real activity. One of the promising directions of formation of communicative culture of the employees is the method of simulated situations, performance management, aimed at enhancing their mental, communicative and creative activity, development of professionally important qualities of the person, and as a consequence - increase the efficiency of the entire training process.
