Comparativist analysis of the peculiarities of labor regulation of disabled in the Russian Federation and Finland

Resume: The article examines the issues of legal regulation of the work of disabled people in the Russian Federation and Finland. It is concluded that there is a fundamental difference in approaches to social and labor rehabilitation of disabled people in these states. Critical considerations are expressed about the current state of legal regulation of the work of disabled people in the Russian Federation.
