Comparative analysis of the processes of digital transformation and socio-economic development of the largest cities of Russia

The purpose of the study is to show the relationship between the processes of digital transformation and the socio-economic development of million-plus cities in Russia. The result of the study is to identify disproportions between the levels of digitalization and the socio-economic development of million-plus cities. Based on a comparative analysis, recommendations were developed to eliminate the identified imbalances, which contribute to the acceleration of the digital transformation of million-plus cities.
