Competence of an expert in the production of engineering and transport expertise

The role of the expert and expert observation in the judicial process is steadily increasing, problems associated with the conduct of the examination, the conduct and evaluation of the expert presence, including the correct wording put before the expert, are revealed. The article defines the limits of the competence of a forensic expert in the production of technical examinations of documents and engineering and transport examinations.
