The competence "team work in the production" the designers as the object of psycho-pedagogical activities

The article describes the method of formation of competence "Team work in production" (Manufacturing Team Challenge) of students-designers of the educational complex, necessary to achieve victory in the competition. Competence is based on the management of the design process of "group design", in accordance with the ideas of the approach of p. Petersen ("Jena plan") and the Russian psychologist ("group adaptation"-MGA), adapted to the training of various specialized training teams of designers as production teams. The article describes the use of elements of Bulgakov's model: intergroup adaptation situation, groups of organizations characterized by the relevant subcultures, as well as the specific sphere of manifestation of MGA: social, environmental, activity, actually socio-psychological and integrative. Recommendations for optimization of inter-group interaction of students of different educational groups of designers for development of competence "Team work in production" in accordance with WorldSkills Standards for industrial and graphic designers are concretized.
