The article reviews of new pedagogical technologies in situation of reforming of Russian education. Modernization and cultural changes bring the challenges of traditional pedagogical system. The competence approach is necessary way of professional and social adaptation of students on contemporary stage of development of education. The aim of this article is explanation of the place and role of competitive and creative model of learning as effective of innovation pedagogical strategy through the terminological metamorphosis and educational creative practice.
