Competence models of study of the theme about the linear funciton and its applications

In modern conditions of social development, building a system of competency-based education is extremely topical. The author emphasizes that a successful graduate must have advanced knowledge in accordance with the accepted standards and be able to apply them to solve theoretical and practical problems. It should be noted four competence models: two common subject-competence models of forming and developing of the competence, two models are their analogs on the theme about the linear function and its applications.
