Computer-interactive social system: parallels and perpendiculars of socialization in the era of computerization

The article examines the characteristics of the process of socialization of youth in the context of the transformation of modern society to a global computerized society, characterized by high dynamics of communicative and informative activities and the changing role of traditional institutions and agents of socialization. Disclosed are the main factors and aspects of the process of socialization, based on which concludes and draws an analogy between the traditional terms of socialization and the conditions generated by the new social reality. The article is based on results of the survey, which showing the interaction of young people with computer and Internet resources: the level of activity, the extent of absorption, external communication, communication and competition with traditional institutions and agents of socialization. The study has a double structure and has parallel conducted among respondents-users (young people) and among respondents experts (media specialist practitioners), which allows for greater data validity and depth of the analysis of the studied problems. This is possible because the ratio of research results of both groups of respondents and in the context of the works of other scholars. The article substantiates the view that socialization processes in traditional environment and in the environment of Computer-Interactive Social System can not only intersect and interact, but also unite into a single stream of socialization to ensure favorable conditions for youth socialization.
