Computer simulation of drawing process of alloy AMG6 cylindrical cup taking into consideration real structure

Computer simulation drawing of a cup from a sheet material of alloy АМg6 was carried out. Influence of real structure a texture material on stress and deformation a condition was shown. Structures of the formed scallops, them difference thickness on forming and on perimeter were measured. Values of the maximal efforts of an extract were determined by comparison isotropic, anisotropic, textured on 40 % and 70 % of final-element models.
