Comprehensive caries prevention program

In Kyrgyzstan, there is an increase in the incidence of caries among all age groups. Adverse man-made factors and harsh climatic conditions worsen the condition of the oral cavity. The use of fluorinated compounds is recognized as the most effective method of caries prevention. Programs involving the local and systemic use of fluorides significantly reduce the level of dental morbidity both in Kyrgyzstan and abroad.
