Complex correction anticoagulant and fibrinolytic activity of the vessel wall in patients with arterial hypertension and metabolic syndrome

Purpose - to assess the dynamics of violations of anticoagulant and fibrinolytic activity of the vascular wall in hypertensive patients with metabolic syndrome treated with a complex of diltiazem, pioglitazone and non-drug treatments. It was found that the investigated complex treatment in these patients, for 4 months application improves anticoagulant and fibrinolytic activity of the vascular wall, but it does not normalize. The results achieved are experiencing significant negative dynamics at non-strict compliance in the future non-pharmacological component.
