Comprehensive diagnostics of endometrial cancer including ultrasonography and spiral computed tomography

Examination results of 31 patients with endometrial cancer were analyzed. All patients underwent ultrasonography and spiral computed tomography with the purpose to detect the most important diagnostic criteria for assessing the tumor involvement. Transvaginal ultrasound was proven to be effective in detection of damages to internal os and spiral computed tomography was necessary for detection of lymph node metastases.
