The complex technique of the estimation of economic potential of regions

In clause the basic approaches to formation of system of parameters of an estimation of economic potential of regions and methods of their calculation are analyzed. On the basis of the lead analysis the author states the vision on perfection of a technique of an estimation of economic potential of regions, paying attention on structure and importance of a cost estimation. As two basic elements of economic potential of regions the author names investment and financial potential, explaining specificity of their formation. As accompanying cost methods of an estimation economic е regions the author names an index method and a method of the factorial analysis.
