A comprehensive model of the mechanism of competitiveness management in the service sector

The article deals with the formation and implementation of complex systemsof competitiveness management in service organizations using software andhardware dynamic monitoring and adjustment of competitiveness factors. Theauthor offers the logical scheme of functioning for the mechanism of ensuringcompetitiveness. The concept of aggregation and definition of an integral indicatorof competitiveness of the organization of service sector is presented. This conceptincludes a model General set of competitiveness factors and a mathematical modelof their aggregation.
