Complex morphologic assessment of solid tooth tissue in caries injury

Study results of 229 samples of teeth aged from 19 to 75 years in vitrо are presented in the article. The material was received from 37 women and 63 men. Morphologic study of stomatologic material received revealed caries in 41 % of cases. During caries development, objectively revealed correlative dependence of depth of injury and parameters of laser-induced fluorescence was observed.
