Comprehensive assessment of the financial and economic activity of the enterprise in the process of strategic planning

In the current crisis conditions, domestic enterprises have to face difficulties and negative factors on a daily basis that negatively affect the main financial and economic performance indicators, including solvency. The use of strategic planning is especially important to ensure the stability of the functioning of Russian organizations. One of the initial stages of forming a development strategy is the preparation of the information necessary for this process. In this article, we consider a practical example of a comprehensive assessment of the financial performance of an enterprise, on the basis of which a mechanism for forming a development strategy will be developed.
