Complex assessment of the immunogram of patients with open limb injuries in the postoperative period in case of their treatment with a device for external fixation

Complex assessment of the immunograms of patients with open limb injuries in the postoperative period has been made. Four groups were examined: healthy donors (I), patients with normal healing of long bone fractures (II), those with delayed consolidation (III) and those with pyo-necrotic complications (IV). The differences between the groups are demonstrated by the parameters of hemogram, immunoglobulinogram and cell immunogram, which can be used for objectification of healing process and complication diagnostics
