Comprehensive assessment of the structure, volume and dynamics of revenues of subsidized budgets of Russian regions for 2013-2019

This article is devoted to the study of subsidized budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation. A comprehensive analysis of the budgets of recipient regions was carried out. The article presents the results of assessing the dynamics and structure of revenues to regional budgets at current prices, which allow us to assess existing trends without taking into account the deflator index. As a result of the analysis of revenue sources of the recipient regions of Russia, several features and trends were identified. The impact of changes in tax revenues on the dynamics and structure of public debt in recipient regions is analyzed. The relationship between the dynamics of gratuitous revenues to the budgets of recipient entities and their tax revenues to the levels of the budget system is revealed. As an empirical basis for the study, data from the official website of the Federal Treasury on budget revenues of the subjects of the Russian Federation for 2004-2019 were used.
