A complex system of life quality estimation of the administrative-territorial formations at various levels

The questions of administrative-territorial formations social and economic development (SED) estimations had been studied. The experience of techniques used for the SED-analysis and analysis of quality/standard of living of the Russian Federation population are generalized in this article. The necessity for the creating of new appraisal plans is indicated. The complex estimating techniques of the SED and of the life quality is offered (including objective and subjective indicators and the possibility of their use).
