All-round forensic and medical estimation of myocardium injuries in cases of sudden death due to heart ischemia among young patients

In order to find objective reasons of death of ischemic heart disease among young patients without visible changes of coronary arteries and morphologic signs of the myocardium infarction, diagnostic criteria of the number of potassium ions (not more than 51.28 mmol/1) in each section of the myocardium of the left ventricle and inter-ventricular septum (the norm being 64 mmol/1 and higher) have been received with the help of all-round morpho-biochemical method of estimation of myocardium injuries during forensic and medical investigation of 40 male cadavers at the age of 26-35 died suddenly.
