Complex ecologicalybalanced natural resources utilization - the basis of North regions development

The article under consideration proves the high importance of rational subsurface use for economic growth, improving efficiency and ecologization of the Russian economy. The author confirms that nature conservation in conditions of steady development represents the complex of closely interconnected technological, biological, legislative and some other principles and decisions. In his opinion, it assumes the necessity of state support and regulation of comprehensive development and use of mineral resources.
